General Stretching Thread

I'm planning on stretching my tongue in anticipation of a tongue split and I'm going to be stretching my conch piercing.

What are you currently stretching and how is it going?

How is your tongue stretching going and what size are you planning to get to ?
I got to 4mm then i never got round to getting bigger jewellery so that's where they still stand.
I want to take my conch to 8mm, it's currently at 6mm . Every time i try to go to 7 it doesn't go so well

I'm currently only at 1.6mm in my tongue but it's been pierced for 8 years, I'm going to try and stretch to 2.4mm first and then go up to 3.2mm maybe 4mm but I'm not sure.

My conch is also only at 1.6mm and is going to be stretched to 2.4mm first (it's been pierced for around 5 years I think so it shouldn't be too bad hopefully. I plan on taking that to 4mm.

I stretched my lobe to 20mm in one night. There's this thing on the back of it so I'm going to use a soldering iron to get it off.

I'm not stretching anything at the moment & haven't for a few years now...in fact I'm wanting to do quite the opposite, so anyone with downsizing experiences....hook a sister up!

Stretching the tongue for the split? After mine, I'd honestly say it's not really that necessary..
When you looking to get it done? I'm gona get mine redone in 5-6 weeks hopefully down at Kalima again!

As for any actual stretching, I'm terribly unstretchy and can't get a pair of lobes past 1.6mm at the moment..

I wanted to stretch my tongue anyway and I thought stretching would help get it ready for a split, I'm not sure where I'm going to get it done at so any tips for somewhere up north will be great.

I'm not sure if Holier than Thou do tongue splits...
