Day seven and eight: Tongue feels better again and the swelling seems to be slowly going down but nothing to write home about!

Note: Swelling is always worse first thing in the morning, but starting my day with ice cold water in the middle of summer isn't so bad!
Pain: Like you’ve bitten your tongue, still sore to yawn but its pretty un-noticeable other than that - no change on day 8 either
Advice: Its easier to talk when there’s Ibuprofen in your system but other than that I found it was easy to live without.
