The first thing I found tricky was the amount of saliva that seems to gather under my tongue, its very hard to swallow comfortably without making really sexy slurping noises. Having a water bottle on hand to take a sip of every now and again really helped.

Note: You will not be able to eat melted chocolate buttons today… ow...
Pain: Like a mouth ulcer under the tongue – annoying and a bit sore.
Advice: Frappochinos are your happy tongue friend. Go to Neros over Starbucks if you can as theirs are bigger! Going to an all you can eat restaurant before getting pierced is also a very good plan !
